SANAA, March. 28 (Saba) - A meeting held on Saturday in Sana'a chaired by Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel discussed mechanisms to strengthen precautionary measures to counter the coronavirus.
The meeting touched on urgent and necessary measures as part of the ministry's preparations to prepare the health sector and promote awareness, media and sectoral coordination between different entities to confront the CORONA virus.
The minister stressed the need to unite efforts between the ministry and its offices and raise readiness in accordance with the scenarios contained in the national emergency plan to deal with the virus.
He stressed the importance of preparedness and the mobilization of all energies from different sectors of the state to work to provide all the possibilities and equipment in different provinces in case of any emergency.
