SAADA, Feb. 20 (Saba) - A Yemeni citizen was wounded on Thursday by the Saudi border guards fire in the border district of Monabah in Saada province, northern Yemen, a security official said.
The official indicated that the Saudi border guard forces target citizens on a daily basis, especially in the border areas.
