SANAA, Dec.10 (Saba) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday was briefed on the Central Organization for Control and Auditing (COCA)'s plan for 2020.
This came during the President's meeting with COCA's Head Ali al-Emad, who reviewed the organization's plan for 2020, on top of which are requirements to support the fight against corruption and the study of establishing a specialized prosecution and a court for public funds issues.
In the meeting, President al-Mashat confirmed that the Council's continual support to the Central Organization for Control and Auditing (COCA) to carry out its duties to the fullest.
The President emphasized the importance of the reports issued by COCA to evalute and diagnose the current status of government institutions in the framework of the political leadership's approach to fighting corruption.
