SANAA, Dec. 7 (Saba) – Attorney General Judge Nabil al-Azzani on Saturday directed the law enforcement officers to apply the criminal procedure law and not to improvise during the evidences collection stage in light of the presence of clear and explicit legal texts.
At the conclusion of a workshop on sound procedures during evidence gathering, investigation and trial, Judge al-Azzani emphasized that the justice begins from the law enforcement officers through their keenness to implement the law and communication with the prosecution to complete judicial tasks related to the evidence collection properly.
the Attorney General said that the prosecution would continue to train and qualify the employees of the judicial agencies in the provinces to correct the procedural course and promote the institutional work.
