SANAA, Dec. 5 (Saba) - Minister of Information Daifuallah al-Shami on Wednesday inaugurated the work in the Department of Public Service and Receiving Complaints at the Ministry's Bureau, in implementation of directives of President of the Supreme Political Council.
The Minister, along with a number of the ministry's leaders and Deputy Chairman of Yemeni News Agency (Saba) - Deputy Editor-in-Chief - Mohammed al-Sharai, get acquainted with the equipment and fixture in the Public Service Department to facilitate transactions related to the services provided by the Ministry, as well as setting toll-numbers (01565002 - 775211666) to receive complaints.
Al-Shami stressed that the ministry would not tolerate those who fail to perform their duties, confirming the ministry's keenness to improve the services and develop media performance.
