SANAA, Nov. 11 (Saba) - Minister of Industry and Trade Abdulwahab Yahya Al-Durra on Tuesday inaugurated a free phone number service (8007200) for receiving complaints from citizens and those who deal with the ministry.
The minister said the launch of this service comes within the framework of the keenness of the ministry's leadership to update the mechanisms of communication with citizens and receive their complaints about the various services of the ministry and any obstacles facing them.
He noted that this service comes in implementation of the directives of President of the Supreme Political Council on activating the public service, stressing the importance of full interaction with the complaints received from citizens and dealers with the Ministry.
Al-Durra confirmed that the ministry would take measures to deal with any problems in the work and would punish any employee who causes obstruction and delay of citizens' transactions.
