NAJRAN, JIZAN, July 4 (Saba) – The army forces and popular committees on Wednesday evening repelled an infiltration attempt of Saudi army mercenaries off al-Sudais site in Najran region, while a reconnaissance aircraft of the coalition was downed in Jizan.



“The army and popular committees with the participation of drones and artillery foiled an infiltration of the mercenaries off al-Sudais in Najran, killing and injuring many of them,” a military official said.



The official added that the army’s engineering unit ambushed a military vehicle carrying mercenaries of Saudi army in al-Boqa area, which led to the killing and injuring all those aboard.



Meanwhile, the air defenses shot down a reconnaissance plane of the aggression coalition forces in the east of al-Doud in Jizan, while the artillery force shelled gatherings of Saudi army mercenaries in the same area.
