ANAA, May 7 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Tuesday discussed in capital Sanaa during his meeting with the Regional Director of the Danish Refugee Council Regional (DRC) Gerry Garvey the joint cooperation between Yemen and the Danish Council.



During the meeting, the Foreign Minister stressed the importance of expanding the Council's activities and tasks to enhance cooperation based on coordination, transparency and periodic review of the level of performance and achievement of the objectives concerning work of the DRC in Yemen.



He reiterated the keenness of the national authorities to provide all facilities for humanitarian programs and offices operating in Yemen and to cooperate in carrying out any reviews or finding solutions to avoid deficiencies in field work and to ensure the provision of services to citizens to alleviating their suffer, caused by the US-saudi coalition aggression against the Republic of Yemen.



For his part, Garvey stressed the keenness of the Danish Council to make efforts to provide the services it can to the Yemenis, expressing his high appreciation for the cooperation provided by the Yemeni authorities.
