ANAA, May 5 (Saba) - The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Deen al-Houthi met Sunday with the special envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen Martin Griffiths.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments regarding the course of the Swedish agreement, especially the obstacles that the other party is creating to prevent its progress and implementation.
They also discussed a number of ideas and issues that might contribute to moving the agreement.
They reviewed a number of negative stations caused by the other party and their failure to meet the obligations that were agreed upon, as well as attempts to create excuses and justifications outside the concept of agreement.
They also discussed a number of issues related to the humanitarian situation and the suffering of the Yemeni people due to the many arbitrary measures practiced by Saudi Arabia and the UAE under an international cover granted by America and Britain.
In the meeting, the leader of the revolution reiterated the importance of completing steps in the file of prisoners, especially with the advent of the holy month, because this humanitarian issue has become forgotten by the saudi-UAE coalition of aggression and their mercenaries.
He stressed the importance of facilitating the return of the body of the Minister of the Interior to Sanaa as a purely humanitarian issue, rejecting the Saudi ban on his return.
Sayyed al-Houthi stressed the importance of moving the economic file which is hindered by the countries of aggression, working to find a solution to the salaries of state employees and neutralizing the economic file which witnessed in recent period an increase of unjust steps that harm the people of Yemen.
