SANAA, April 29 (Saba) - The National Commission for Women on Monday condemned the heinous crime committed by one of the mercenaries of the aggression, who is a Sudanese soldier of Janjaweed, where he raped a 50-year-old woman in Tuhayta district, Hodeidah province.



The National Commission for Women said in a statement obtained the Saba news agency that this crime is not the first and has been repeated in the shadow of an international silence toward these horrific violations that exceeded all international laws and traditions.



The statement stressed that these flagrant violations of human rights in Yemen committed by the countries of US-saudi aggression coalition indicatean international complicity toward the crimes committed against the Yemeni women and children.



The Commission called on all international and local organizations working in the field of human rights, women's and children's issues to take a serious stand against these crimes, which are considered war crimes and should be accountable by international law.



It also called on the Yemeni people to take part in marches to denounce the violation of dignity of Yemeni women in the areas under occupation.
