PROVINCES, April 28 (Saba) – The army, supported by popular forces, over the last 24 hours inflicted on the troops of US-saudi aggression coalition heavy human and material losses in various war-fronts, a military official told Saba.
The official affirmed that tens of mercenaries were killed and injured, when the army repelled their infiltration in Hammad, Najran province, and while the army shelled their military vehicles, he said, adding that another infiltration was foiled in Roubaa, Ajasher, off Najran, which led to killing and wounding tens of mercenaries.
Off Sudis, the army foiled infiltration of mercenaries and fired artillery on their gatherings leaving huge losses in their ranks, he said.
The mercenary commander Najy Hassan al-Qasma, Chief of the so-called Taibat Ism operation and three of his bodyguards were killed, when the army ambushed them in Ajasher, off Najran, he said.
The official added that the army secured several sites in Rashaha area, off Najran, during an attack launched on the sites and the attack led to killing, wounding and capturing of tens of mercenaries, he said, adding that the artillery force shelled enemy gatherings in Rabaqat al-Manar and off Sudis.
The missile force fired 11 Zilzal-1 missiles at gatherings of mercenaries west of Majaza and off Aleeb crossing, Asir province, he said.
The army repelled infiltration of mercenaries toward Majaza, where they killed and wounded scores of mercenaries, he said, adding that the artillery force shelled gatherings and sites of mercenaries off Aleeb crossing and in Rabouaa area.
He added that a military vehicle and and armored fighting vehicle were also destroyed in west of Majaza.
In Jizan, the army repelled an infiltration by mercenaries off Qais mount, which last during six hours and led to killing and wounding tens of them, he said, adding that tens of mercenaries were killed and injured, when the army ambushed them off Qais mount.
The mercenary commander of the so-called 2nd battalion of the 7th brigade border guard belonging Sadiq al-Wisaby to the coalition was killed while three of his bodyguards were killed and four others injured when the army targeted them off Jizan, he said.
In Dhalea, the army liberated several sites in Azariq front, when they launched a wide-scale attack on the sites, where they killed and wounded tens of mercenaries, including a commander, he said.
In Taiz, the army secured several sites during an attack launched in Mawyah area killing and wounding dozens of them and seizing a machine gun.
A Zilzal-1 missile and Katyusha rocket were fired at gatherings of mercenaries in Wazaia junction and Khaled camp.
In Jawf, the army attacked sites of mercenaries in Aqba front, Khaba Wa Shaaf district, killing and wounding tens of them, he said.
In Bayda, the army attacked sits of mercenaries in Qanya front killing and wounding tens of them, he said, adding that the artillery force targeted four military vehicles belonging to the mercenaries in Jouribat area, Natiaa district, and destroyed them.
