SANAA, April 26 (Saba) - The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow, Washington and Beijing, called on the Afghan Taliban to begin dialogue with representatives of the Afghan authorities as soon as possible.

"The three parties call on the Taliban to participate in the peace negotiations with a representative Afghan delegation comprising representatives of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as soon as possible," read a tripartite statement issued after a meeting of representatives of Russia, the United States and China in Moscow.


"The three parties call for the orderly and responsible withdrawal of foreign troops from Afghanistan as part of a comprehensive peace process," the statement said.
