SANAA, Dec. 3 (Saba) - President Mahdi al-Mashat met on Monday with Minister of Civil Service and Insurance Talal Aklan.

During the meeting, they discussed the workflow in the ministry and efforts exerted to improve the administrative performance of the government as well as the mechanism to strengthen the functional discipline in the state institutions to ensure implementation of the tasks entrusted to them.

The meeting touched on the results of the field visits paid by teams of control and inspection to the central and local authority units and the evaluation of the level of performance and compliance with the regulations and laws in this regard.

The President stressed the importance of sensing the employees of the public sector and mixed for their role in this extraordinary stage through of which goes the country, of continue providing of services to citizens and strengthen steadfastness in the face of attack launched by the US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition on Yemen.

He pointed out that the presence of employees in their work represents a picture of steadfastness, which foiled the schemes of aggression aiming to disrupt the state institutions.

He stressed the support of the Political leadership and Government for the Ministry and its efforts to implement its current and future plans, especially in improving the level of job performance at different levels as well as developing the capacities of cadres in the state institutions

Aklan said t that his ministry and its offices aim ,through the field visits of theirs teams, to assess the level of discipline in all the institutions of state.

He referred to the measures aimed at raising the efficiency of performance, improving administrative work, addressing problems in some departments, in addition to continuing training programs and job qualification.
