SANAA, Dec. 2 (Saba) -President Mahdi al-Mashat met on Sunday with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Dr. Hussein Makbouli and Acting Governor of Hodeidah province Mohammad Quhaeem.

The meeting discussed the humanitarian and economic conditions in Hodeidah province and the repercussions of aggression and the all-out siege imposed by the coalition which exacerbated the suffering of the citizens.

The meeting also dealt with the aspects related to confronting the challenges and the economic war launched by the states of the aggression coalition which targets the National economy.

The meeting reviewed efforts to develop revenues and raise the efficiency of collection and coordination between the Ministry of Finance and the local authority in the province in this regard, thus contributing to improving the level of services provided to the citizens and development performance.
