SANA'A, Sept 10 (Saba)- Deputy Premier Ahmed Sofan received here on Wednesday a delegation from the World Bank chaired by Boutros Aklilo, manager of rural development in the Meddle East and North Africa.
The deputy premier and WB delegation discussed projects financed by the bank in field of rural development especially in agricultural and fishery sectors.
They also discussed preparations for a strategy of rural development and mechanism of coordination with the bank in addition to means of enhancing decentralization and role of the local authority.
