TAIZ, Feb. 28 (Saba) - Dozens of US-backed Saudi-paid mercenaries were killed and others injured in Taiz province, a military official told Saba on Tuesday.

The Missile units of the army and popular forces fired Katyusha rockets on a gathering of the mercenaries southern Dhubab .

Meanwhile, other scores of mercenaries were killed and further more wounded when the national forces repulsed their moving attempt under heavy military air cover toward Alnar mountain.

The operation also resulted in the destroying of four military vehicles carrying machine guns belonging to the mercenaries.
