JAWF, Oct. 07 (Saba) - The Saudi warplanes launched on Wednesday several airstrikes on a large popular souk in Jawf governorate.

The strike killed large numbers of livestock and caused great material losses, a local official said.

The planes also bombed a petrol station in Matoun district, as well as several areas in Hazem and Zaher districts, the official said.

The bombing resulted in great damage in houses and private properties, however no fatalities were reported, he added.
