Gaza – Saba:
The General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip confirmed today, Monday, that the Israeli refusal to coordinate field requests for humanitarian response has led to the deaths of more than 2,500 Palestinian civilians who were injured in targeted locations.
In a statement received by the Yemen News Agency (Saba), the Directorate condemned the continued Israeli disregard for humanitarian law and international conventions, refusing to approve the majority of coordination requests submitted by the Directorate through international and humanitarian organizations since the end of the last ceasefire in March.
The Directorate stated that Israel responded to only 10% of the total 300 coordination requests submitted through humanitarian organizations.
The Civil Defense Directorate called on the international community to pressure the Israeli enemy to comply with coordination requests related to humanitarian missions.
