Sana'a - Saba:
A number of public and private schools in the Capital Sana'a districts organized on Monday various cultural events and educational activities to celebrate the Prophet's Birthday for the year 1447 AH.
Speeches from the event, which included Capital Sana'a undersecretary of the Capital Sana'a for Neighborhood Affairs Dr. Qanaf al-Marani; emphasized the importance of commemorating this occasion to embody love for the Greatest Messenger, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and to emulate his life, values, principles, and morals in word and deed.
The speeches emphasized the need to strengthen loyalty to the Messenger of God and maintain a close bond with him, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances facing the Islamic nation and the criminal plots and schemes it is exposed to by its enemies.
The activities also reviewed the bright aspects of the life and biography of the Greatest Messenger, his morals, virtues, noble qualities, struggle, patience, and steadfastness in conveying the message and confronting the enemies of God.
The activities called on everyone to interact and participate widely in commemorating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, highlighting the joy and celebration of the birth of the best of God's creation, the master of humanity, and its first teacher, the Prophet Muhammad, may God's prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
The activities included hymns, poems, and theatrical scenes presented by male and female students, through which they expressed their joy on this great occasion.
