Zurich – Saba:
Kazakh tennis player Alexander Bublik claimed his first title on the ATP Tour this season after defeating Argentine Juan Manuel Cerúndolo in the final of the Swiss Open “Gstaad,” a 250-point tournament held on clay courts.
Bublik overcame Cerúndolo in a hard-fought three-set match, winning 6-4, 4-6, 6-2. The victory marks his sixth career title on clay courts.
Since the Madrid Open in April, Bublik has recorded 17 wins and 5 losses. Notably, he also secured the ATP 500 title at the Halle Open but was eliminated early at Wimbledon by Spain’s Jaume Munar.
