The Women's Committee in Hajjah Governorate commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Zaid (peace be upon him) through vigils and activities in the governorate center and several districts, under the slogan "Insight and Jihad."
Participants raised slogans affirming continued steadfastness in the face of tyrants and following the path of Imam Zayd as a symbol of revolution and freedom, considering him a role model in rejecting injustice and championing justice.
The event emphasized that the position of the Yemenis, led by Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, is an extension of the revolution of Imam Zayd, emphasizing that commemorating the anniversary is not merely a remembrance of history, but rather a commitment to a renewed, faith-based liberation project. The crimes of the Zionist enemy in Gaza were also addressed, considering them a continuation of the battle of truth against falsehood, while affirming support for the Palestinian resistance.
The statement issued by the event praised the Yemeni army's operations inside Palestine and the Red Sea, declared loyalty to God, His Messenger, and the flags of guidance, and renewed the absolute mandate of the leader of the revolution in everything that serves the Palestinian cause. He called on the women of the nation to express their stance on the aggression against Gaza, considering silence a betrayal, and warning of the stagnation and inaction in the Arab world, especially towards the Israeli enemy.
