Gaza – SABA:
The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the number of victims among starving residents trying to receive aid has risen to 995 martyrs, 6,011 injured, and 45 missing.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Media Office said that these victims were killed, injured, or went missing as a result of Israeli occupation forces opening fire on them while they attempted to collect food from what it described as “death traps,” between May 27, 2025, and today.
Supported by the U.S. and Europe, the Israeli occupation army has continued to commit acts of genocide in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 58,895 Palestinian civilians—most of them women and children—and the injury of 140,980 others, according to the latest toll. Thousands more remain under the rubble or on the streets, unreachable by rescue and medical teams.
