Hajjah - Saba:
The Women's Committee in Hajjah province organized on Saturday a series of events and vigils in commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Zaid (peace be upon him) and in solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Speeches delivered during the events and vigils—held in Numan, Al-Ghurabi Al-Asfal in the governorate center, Al-Wa’aliyah, Bani Majmal in Al-Muftah District, Al-Jadbah, Afsar, Azzan, Bani Ka’b in Kuhlan Ash-Sharaf, and Al-Abisah in Kashr—emphasized the importance of following the path of Imam Zaid bin Ali (peace be upon them) and adhering to the principles and values for which he sacrificed to uphold truth and reform the nation.
The speeches highlighted that the Yemeni people continue to follow the path of the Prophet’s Household (peace be upon them) in jihad, supporting the causes of the Ummah, standing with the oppressed, and raising the banner of Islam. They called for continued support for the Palestinian brothers in Gaza, defending Al-Aqsa, honoring the blood of martyred women and children, and raising awareness about boycotting American and Israeli goods and products, as well as companies supporting them.
Meanwhile, participants in the events and vigils held in Al-Jard, Jabal Al-Mahbashy Al-Asfal, Al-Mabna in Al-Mahabishah, Al-Jawanah in Aflah Al-Yemen, Al-Ghamrah, Al-Fasih, Al-Mansurah, Al-Nayd in Ash-Shahil, Sabir in Ku’aydanah, and An-Nasr School in Aflah Ash-Sham stressed the importance of drawing lessons from the martyrdom of Imam Zaid and following his path in confronting injustice, tyranny, and defending the causes of the Ummah.
They regarded the revolution of Imam Zaid (peace be upon him) as a beacon for the free people of the world in standing against oppression and supporting the oppressed, affirming that the Quranic project is the true path and guarantee to overcome all challenges, break free from domination, and restore the dignity and honor of the Ummah.
The speeches also pointed out the need for the Ummah—facing aggression and challenges from the modern-day tyrant and its tools—to follow the path of the Quran’s ally and march behind the leader of the revolution in confronting the forces of injustice and arrogance.
