Sana'a - Saba:
The National Team supporting the project to simplify procedures and improve the quality of government services held a meeting on Saturday in Sana'a, chaired by Anis Sufyan, Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development and head of the team.

The meeting reviewed the outcomes of the first phase of the inspection and evaluation process of service centers and mechanisms (Citizen Service) in central and local public service units, which targeted 22 public service facilities.

The team discussed observations submitted by its members regarding the evaluation process in the targeted centers and approved their inclusion in the final report.

Additionally, the team addressed the ongoing preparations for the second phase of the evaluation process for service centers, mechanisms, and targeted units.

The Deputy Minister of Civil Service and head of the team praised the efforts of the field teams in completing the first phase, as well as the teams responsible for receiving, inputting, analyzing data, and preparing preliminary reports. He noted that the technical teams had finalized 22 detailed reports evaluating service centers and mechanisms in public "Citizen Service" centers, which will be reflected in a comprehensive final report covering all targeted units.
