The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Fatah Movement in Gaza, announced on Saturday that its fighters destroyed an Israeli military vehicle north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the brigades said: “Upon returning from the front lines, our fighters confirmed they had successfully destroyed an Israeli military vehicle by detonating a pre-planted explosive device near Street 5, north of Khan Younis, on July 12.”
This operation is part of the Palestinian resistance’s ongoing response to the genocide being committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza—backed by the United States—since October 7, 2023. The aggression includes mass killings, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, in blatant defiance of international calls and International Court of Justice orders to halt the assault.
