The people of Al-Sawma'ah district in Al-Bayda province declared a state of readiness and general mobilization in support of Palestine and in response to the American-British escalation against Yemen.
During an armed tribal gathering attended by Governor Abdullah Idris and district director Hatem Al-Khawlani, they expressed their absolute rejection of any attempts to undermine Yemen’s sovereignty, security, and stability. They also denounced traitors and collaborators complicit with the American-British aggression against Yemen.
The people of the district affirmed their full preparedness to confront the American and British enemies and to carry out the decisions made by the revolutionary leadership in support of the Palestinian people and in retaliation for the aggression against Yemen.
Governor Idris emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in supporting the people of Gaza and maintaining high readiness for the "Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad." He stated that the Yemeni people are actively standing with the Palestinian people, praising the courageous stance of the revolutionary leadership, the armed forces, and the Yemeni people in supporting Palestinian resistance.
Idris stressed that the American-Zionist enemy will never succeed in subduing Yemen, the land of wisdom and faith, which is fully prepared to confront all hypocrites siding with the enemy. He called for heightened readiness to face the forces of arrogance and domination.
The governor commended the role of Al-Sawma'ah tribes in confronting the aggression and its tools, including terrorist organizations that had previously occupied large parts of the province.
A statement issued during the gathering, attended by mobilization officials, executive, security, and military leaders, as well as tribal and social figures, condemned the ongoing crimes of the American-Zionist aggression in Yemen and Gaza.
The tribes of Al-Sawma'ah affirmed their commitment to the path of jihad alongside all Yemeni tribes, stating that the current battle is one of destiny and sovereignty that admits no complacency. They reiterated their full readiness to engage in the battle and confront the enemy.
The statement highlighted that the American aggression’s targeting of ports, houses, and civilian facilities is a clear violation of international humanitarian law. It emphasized that Yemen will continue to confront the American-Zionist enemy by all available means and will not be deterred from its legitimate right to self-defense and protecting its sovereignty.
Participants renewed their commitment to supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza until the aggression ends and the siege is lifted. They praised the qualitative operations carried out by the Yemeni armed forces deep in the Zionist entity, as well as their targeting of American warships in the Red and Arabian Seas.
