The Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment in Taiz Governorate conducted a field inspection today to monitor commercial establishments selling food and consumer goods, as well as to ensure compliance with bread and roti weight regulations in Sala District, coinciding with the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
The office’s director, Afif Al-Dhobhani, stated that a continuous field monitoring plan is in place to regulate food and consumer goods prices, enforce compliance with bread and roti weight standards, and maintain market stability, particularly during Ramadan.
He urged all traders and shop owners to cooperate with the campaign and facilitate its work in the interest of the general public.
