Sana'a - Saba:
The Health and Environment Office in Sana'a province has received a shipment of medical supplies from the Yemeni Red Crescent Society.
This donation includes malaria test solutions, personal protection, and sterilization supplies as part of a program funded by the European Union for Humanitarian Aid in coordination with the Norwegian Red Cross.
The supplies are aimed at reducing infection transmission among healthcare workers and aiding in the early diagnosis of malaria.
During the handover, governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi praised the Red Crescent's efforts in supporting the local health sector and expressed hopes for further contributions, including the expedited maintenance of a CT scan machine at the 26th September Hospital.
Dr. Khaled al-Muntaser, Director of the Health Office, also thanked the Red Crescent Society for their ongoing cooperation and emphasized the need for additional medical supplies, including medicines, emergency materials, and equipment for operations and intensive care.
