Moscow - Saba: The Russian Central Bank announced raising the main interest rate by one percent to 19 percent annually.
The bank said in a statement: This decision came as a result of the continuation of inflationary pressures, as annual inflation in Russia is likely to exceed the range of expectations from last July by the end of 2024.
