SANA'A November 21. 2023 (Saba) - The Yemeni news agency, Saba, expressed its sincere condolences on the martyrdom of Al-Mayadeen TV correspondent Farah Omar and photographer Rabie Al-Maamari as a result of Zionist bombing on the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine.
The agency indicated that the Zionist entity deliberately targets the journalist and correspondents of free media outlets that reveal the war crimes it is committing against humanity in Gaza, in an effort to cover up these crimes.
It confirmed that the Zionist entity’s targeting of Al-Mayadeen Channel’s correspondent and photographer during their coverage of developments in the situation on the Lebanese border with occupied Palestine came a few days after it banned the channel’s broadcast, blocked its website, and confiscated its office equipment in occupied Palestine, which confirms the pioneering role played by Al-Mayadeen Network since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
It expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the two martyrs, Al-Mayadeen Channel, all free media outlets in Palestine, the axis of resistance, and the families of all media professionals who were martyred as a result of the Zionist-American aggression on Gaza.
Saba Agency reiterated that the crimes of the Zionist entity against free media will not prevent it from carrying out its professional and moral role in exposing war crimes, genocide and other violations against civilians in the Gaza Strip and the occupied territories and conveying the oppression of the Palestinian people to world public opinion.
