OCCUPIED Al-Quds May 26. 2023 (Saba) - The European Union expressed its shock at the attacks by settlers on Palestinian citizens in Barqa 'a, north-west of Nablus, and al-Mugher east of Ramallah, which resulted in casualties and the destruction of Palestinian homes and property.
The Union said in a statement on Friday that United Nations data indicated an upward curve in settler attacks on Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories. He noted that these attacks had become more violent.
The Union called on the Zionist entity to take decisive steps to ensure accountability and protect Palestinian civilians, in accordance with its obligations under international law.
