SANA'A January 28. 2023 (Saba) -An expanded meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, decided to consider the directives referred to by the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, in his speech yesterday regarding confronting the global Zionist attack against Islam and its symbols, the latest of which was the burning of copies of Holy Qur’an in Sweden and the Netherlands, as a program of action for state institutions executive.
The meeting, which included the Presidency Office Director, Ahmed Hamid, the Minister of Social Affairs, Obaid bin Dabi’, the Minister of Works, Ghaleb Mutlaq, the Minister of Higher Education, Hussein Hazib, the Culture Abdullah Al-Kibsi, the Agriculture Engineer Abdul-Malik Al-Thawr, the Legal Affairs Minister Dr. Al-Sufiani, the executive measures of the directives and the steps to be taken against these hostile acts, foremost of which is the economic boycott of the products of the two countries.
It stressed the importance of coinciding with a unified political and popular position against these repeated attacks on Islamic sanctities, such as burning copies of the Holy Qur’an, insulting the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, his family and companions, as well as mockery in general of the true Islamic religion and its high moral values and principles.
The meeting also emphasized taking steps to boycott Sweden and the Netherlands for their repeated insults to the Islamic religion and its symbols.
It pointed to the need to hold an urgent meeting of the Ministers Council to discusses the necessary measures to be taken by the government in the face of these abuses and to come up with practical decisions related to the comprehensive boycott of the two countries and at the economic level in particular through preventing the import of Swedish and Dutch goods and not granting new import permits in coordination with the commercial sector.
The meeting praised the strong voice of the Yemeni people, who profess the truth towards all the issues of the Islamic nation in confronting the tyrant forces , and its Quranic leadership that guides the homeland on the path of honor, dignity and sincere faith, embodying the words of the beloved Chosen One, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, “Faith is Yemeni and wisdom is Yemeni.”
