SANA'A, Aug. 18 (Saba) - Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan Amir Khan Muttaqi.

In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Muttaqi, the government, and the people of Afghanistan on the occasion of the country's National Day.
