SANA'A, Jul. 17 (Saba) - The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, affirmed on Sunday the keenness of the Yemeni people to celebrate al-Welayah Day over the past generations and centuries based on their faith heritage.
In his speech on the occasion of al-Welayah Day, the Leader of the Revolution extended his blessing and congratulations to the Yemeni people and all believers on the blessed occasion of "al-Welayah Day or al-Ghadir Day."
Al-Houthi pointed out that the Yemeni people celebrated this occasion on this day, in many provinces and the popular attendance was large as in the past years and over the past generations and centuries.
He pointed out that the commemoration of this anniversary has great and multiple aspects, as the Muslims thank Allah Almighty for completing the religion and completing the blessing.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi also stressed the importance of preserving this occasion and the prophet's message, conveying it to the people.
He pointed out the importance of reviving this occasion to establish a great principle, the principle of guardianship that protects the nation from penetration by its enemies and fortifies it from within as well as from the influence of the hypocrites on it.
He mentioned that the Messenger, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him and his family, at the end of the tenth year of the Prophet’s migration when Allah Almighty informed him that his death was approaching, and the Messenger was concerned about his nation in its future so as to guide it to the right path.
He pointed out that the Prophet was keen to guide people and directed, by God’s command, to make arrangements that would help this nation for its future and prepare it for the way to victory. In the tenth year of the Prophet’s migration, he prepared an argument that Muslims called the “Farewell Pilgrimage.”
He also stressed the importance of the principle of guardianship, in protecting the nation from penetration by enemies and hypocrites within it, because they are keen to control the nation in all its life paths.
He pointed out that the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, announced to the nation that the one who connects it with his approach and his guidance and continues its path on this basis is the Commander of the Faithful, Ali, peace be upon him, and before this position, he was telling it about Ali, who was known among the community for his perfection of faith.
He explained, “The Messenger, blessings, and peace be upon him, used to say about Ali, peace be upon him, “Ali is with the Qur’an and the Qur’an is with Ali,” to reassure the nation that Ali, in what he presents to the nation from the position of guidance in its beliefs or in its attitudes and orientations, will not deviate with it from the Qur’an, rather he told them about the Commander of the Faithful. He was fighting over the interpretation of the Qur’an, just as the Prophet fought over its revelation.
Al-Houthi stated that the enemies were keen to control the position that decides matters in their favor, and through it, they control the orientations and loyalties of the nation.
He said, "One of the most important things the hypocrites were keen on within the nation is the consolidation of hostility towards Ali, peace be upon him, and their strong hostility towards those who are associated with him because they represent the true extension of Ali.
He stressed that enemies and hypocrites understand the importance of the connection with Imam Ali, peace be upon him, as an extension of the Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, in the right direction that Allah Almighty has drawn for the nation, pointing out that the enemies made every effort to separate the nation from Imam Ali because they turn on the basis of forgery, even on religious headlines.
He added, "We see and watch how they exerted their efforts to normalize it under religious headings, starting with the agreement of shame and betrayal, which they called "Abraham Agreement" and presented it under a religious title."
He pointed out that "the hypocrites were keen to bring a person who is a symbol of normalization and made him lead the sermon for the pilgrims in Arafat, considering that the appropriate location that was appropriate for that preacher to go to the Jamarat and for the pilgrims to throw pebbles at him.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi touched on the objectives of the US president's visit to the region. He said, "Biden has arrived these days to be dealt with by everyone as the one who leads humanity, and he is the one who frankly announced his affiliation to Zionism."
He stated that these practical regimes tended to change their curricula and cultures that talk about the enemies of Islam and the issues of Islam. They also tended, at the level of laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, to spread corruption and vice and to create an environment for spreading corruption.
He indicated that the practical systems tended to mislead the nation in the issue of determining who is the enemy and who is the friend, so they presented those whom the Holy Qur’an spoke about as the most malicious that they are the friends of this nation, and they made the main enemy of the nation, the one who is hostile to Israel, emphasizing that this is a very dangerous deviation.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi pointed out that one of the most hated and hostile people of Imam Ali and those who love him is the takfiris because the takfiris are a tool of Zionism that wants to destroy this nation.
