Protest for Yemeni, Arab communities in New York against aggression crimes in Yemen
[11/August/2021]
NEW YORK, Aug. 11 (Saba) - Yemeni and the Arab sons and international community organizations held a vigil protest in front of the United Nations building in New York City, three years after the US-Saudi coalition targeted a bus of Dhahian students in Sa'ada province.
Participants in the vigil, entitled " For the Yemen children grievances ", considered on Tuesday the targeting of the aggression warplane, the bus of Dhahian students, killing 40 children on their way to school, and the massacres of aggression in various Yemeni provinces, a crime contrary to international humanitarian norms, conventions, and laws that criminalize the targeting of civilians.
They condemned the international silence applied to the crimes of aggression against children and women civilians of the Yemeni people, their siege, and starvation for more than six years.
The protesters denounced America's continued support for the Saudi regime and its supply of weapons that kill Yemeni children and women.
