President Al-Mashat meets Health Minister

SANA'A, Jun. 07 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, met on Sunday with Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Taha al-Mutawakel.

During the meeting, the aspects related to improving medical and therapeutic services in government hospitals were discussed, and attention was paid to the rehabilitation of medical personnel, especially in the field of diagnosis.

The meeting touched on the mechanism of controlling the prices of medicines and providing pharmaceutical stocks, as well as controlling prices in private hospitals.

President Al-Mashat stressed the importance of redoubling efforts to provide the needs of government hospitals and medical facilities to improve the medical services they provide to citizens to alleviate their suffering in light of the continuing aggression and blockade.
