SANA'A, May 08 (Saba) – Speaker of the Parliament Yahya al-Rai sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.

 

In the cable, Al-Rai congratulated Volodin on the occasion of the Victory Day, celebrated on 9 May.
