SANA'A, Jan. 19 (Saba) - The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (SCMCH) met here on Monday with the head of the Canadian, British and Swedish projects team at ADRA organization.

 

In the meeting, Abdul Mohsen Tawoos and ADRA official discussed the humanitarian situation and the organization's health intervention in Harib al-Qaramish district in Marib province and ways to contribute to facing citizens' needs.

 

They also touched upon aspects related to the worsening humanitarian situation, the challenges facing humanitarian work in Yemen and ways to overcome them.

 

Tawoos stressed the importance of continued coordination with the ADRA to strengthen the partnership between the SCMCH and the organization.

 

He also confirmed the SCMCH's readiness to provide the necessary facilities to enable the organization to carry out its humanitarian activities in Yemen.

 

In return, the ADRA projects team head indicated the organization's readiness to exert more efforts and expand its humanitarian activities in Yemen.
