SANAA, Oct. 15 (Saba) - The Ministry of Industry and Trade warned of stopping all vital sectors related to the lives of citizens as the countries of aggression continue to prevent the entry of ships of oil derivatives.
The continuation of the aggression and the all-inclusive siege on Yemen as well as the detention of oil derivative ships will lead to the suspension of all vital sectors related to the daily lives of citizens, such as health, water, sanitation, electricity, food, and pharmaceutical industries, a statement of the ministry said.
The worsening of economic and living conditions and increasing the spread of diseases and epidemics will also increase the suffering of Yemen for halting the oil ships at sea, the statement added.
The statement signaled the repercussions of the suspension of industrial and commercial activities and their impact on the supply of food, medicine market, all vital services in all fields.
The Ministry's statement called upon the international community, the United Nations, and humanitarian organizations to fulfill their humanitarian and moral duty and break their silence about the aggression and siege against Yemen.
