Speaker of Parliament congratulates his Libyan counterpart

SANAA, Sep. 3 (Saba) - Speaker of Parliament Yahya Ali al-Ra'i has sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Libyan Parliament Aguila Saleh on the occasion of the brotherly Libyan people's celebrations of the Fateh Revolution of September.
