SANAA, July 16 (Saba) - Sheikhs and dignitaries of Taiz province underscored the continuing to face the aggression forces and occupation by all the legitimate means.
They stressed in a meeting held on Wednesday in Sanaa, chaired by the Supreme Political Council member Sultan al-Sama'i and Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Mahmoud al-Junaid, the importance of unifying the interior front and strengthening community cohesion in the face of aggression as well as mobilizing energies in order to achieve victory.
The meeting denounced the crimes committed by the Zionist-American Aggression Coalition against the Yemeni people, calling on all the people in the province to actively participate in countering the aggression and thwarting its plans targeted Yemen and its people.
Sheikhs and dignitaries called on the international community to work to break the blockade on Yemen, stressing the Yemeni initiative which seeks for a comprehensive solution as well as halting the aggression and siege imposed on the country.
Sheikhs and dignitaries of Taiz also confirmed the support of the local authority in the province to carry out its responsibilities towards citizens in Taiz and to support the oppressed as well, praising the victories achieved by the heroes of the army and the popular committees on all fronts as well as praising the achievements of military industrialization and missile power.
They reiterated the contribution of Sheikhs and sons of Taiz to liberate every inch of the homeland and defeat the invaders and occupiers, indicating the battle for the restoration of sovereignty, independence and freedom is the only option for the Yemeni people to achieve victory.
The meeting, which included sheikhs and dignitaries of Taiz province, discussed developments on the national scene and the aggression, siege and occupation that Yemen is subjected to including tightening of the blockade through the detention of oil ships.
It touched upon the brutal crimes committed by the Aggression Coalition against women and children over a period of more than five years and the developments are taking place in Taiz province, specifically in al-Hujareyah areas occupied by occupiers and invaders.
The meeting pointed to the looting of Yemen's wealth and capabilities by the invaders and occupiers, especially on the Yemeni islands, which the Yemeni people must take a serious and responsible step to confront the aggression and stand by the army and popular committees.
It affirmed that Taiz is part of the Yemeni body, which causes the forces of aggression to bet on systematically targeting, controlling and removing it from the Yemeni body, which cannot and will not be and Taiz province and its honorable sons will continue to be the protectors the land and its entity.
In conclusion, the participants in the meeting saluted the leader of the revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the Supreme Political Council, the army, the popular committees, and the security services.
