SANAA, Feb. 18 (Saba) - Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein Al-Ezzi on Tuesday stressed on the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination between Yemen and European Union (EU)'s delegation.
The move came during his meeting with the Deputy Head of the EU delegation in Yemen, Riccardo Villa.
At the meeting, Al-Ezzi praised efforts and humanitarian projects provided by the EU delegation in alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people in light of the war and siege imposed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition on Yemen.
The deputy FM stressed the Supreme Political Council's readiness for constructive and positive cooperation in all aspects that aimed at archiving peace, stability and security of Yemen.
Meanwhile, the EU official affirmed that the EU would seek to extend a helping hand to the Yemeni people and exert efforts to achieve the peace in Yemen.
