SANAA, Jan. 8 (Saba) - Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami and official discussed on Wednesday with UNDP the executive steps to rehabilitate and develop Hodeidah Port.

The move came during his meeting with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Auke Lootsma.

The ministry stressed on the importance of implementing  a mechanism and translate a agreement with the UNDP on the rehabilitation and development of the port practically.

Meanwhile, the UNDP official affirmed that the UNDP would exert efforts to enhance cooperation with the ministry to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people reduce the humanitarian crisis.
