President al-Mashat meets Yemeni Scholars Association's member

SANAA, Nov. 19 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Tuesday met with member of the Yemeni Scholars Association Abdulmajeed al-Houth.

They discussed the enlightening role played by scholars in educating society and immunizing them to face the soft war, and mobilizing efforts and energies to confront the aggression.

President al-Mashat stressed the importance of the scholars' role in this critical stage that the country is going through in facing the greatest aggression against the Yemeni people.

Scholar Abdulmajid al-Houthi praised the important steps launched by the President in combating extortion and bribery, according to the national vision for building a modern state.
