SANAA, Nov. 17 (Saba) – The Parliament Speaker Yahya Ali al-Ra'i on Saturday sent a congratulatory cable to Head of Oman's Shura Council Khalid Al-Mawali, wishing him continuous health, and for the parliamentary relations between the two brotherly countries further progress and prosperity.
