SANA'A, May 13 (Saba) – Yemen is take part in the 38th session of the Arab Labor Conference to be held during May 15-22 in Egypt's capital Cairo.

Yemen's delegation to the conference ,led by Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Amat al-Razaq Humad headed for Cairo on Friday.

Humad told Saba that the delegation would participate also in the 41st coordination meeting of Labor Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council's States, which precedes the conference.

The conference will discuss a number of topics, topped by a report on the micro, small and medium enterprises , the affects of the economic crisis on the national and Arab employment and the social dialogue for sustainable development, She noted.

Humad pointed out that during the conference Director General of the Arab Labor Organization (ALO) will be elected , and Yemen has made a request for re-nomination of Ahmed Mohammed Luqman for the post.
