SOMALIA, Feb. 1 (Saba) - A clash between the Somali police and the troops in the Somali capital Mogadishu has left about 16 people dead and 56 injured .

The incident was started when a soldier shot dead a policeman near Benadir hospital.

Security sources stated that the clash, most of its victims were civilians, was ended when other troops intervened.
