Bomb blast injures 5 in Quetta, Pakistan

QUETTA, Jan 29 (Saba) -At least five people were injured in a bomb blast in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta on Saturday police said.
The bomb targeted the house of a senior police officer, security sources said.
Those injured are guards of the Superintendent Police Shaban Ali, who could be the possible target, said a police officer.
The bomb was ripped through car and was detonated when guards of the police officer arrived at his house.
The explosion was so huge that it was heard several miles away. Local news channels showed the vehicle being completely destroyed. The injured were transferred to the civil hospital .
