SANA'A, May 16 (Saba) - Hayel Saeed Anam Group (HSA Group) and Saudi companies are to invest together in building a desalination project in Yemen, Minister of Water and Environment Abdul-Rahman al-Iriyani said on Sunday.
Al-Iriyani told the state-run 26sep.net said that the implementation of project would be launched by the end of 2010 and would provide water for governorates of Taiz and Ibb.
The minister said that the project of pipeline at a cost of $ 200 million would be funded by Saudi Arabia.
The total capacity of the pipeline is estimated to be 150,000 cubic meters per day, al-Iriyani said.
