SANA'A, May 08 (Saba) - Yemen has participated in the Arabian Travel Market 2010 in Dubai during the previous four days.
Speaking to Saba, Undersecretary of Ministry of Tourism for Development Sector Omar Ba-Bilgaith, who headed the delegation, said the Yemeni participation in the market came within the Ministry's plan for promoting and marketing the Yemeni tourist products.
He noted that he discussed with the Bahraini Minister of Culture and Information Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa the bilateral Relations, especially in field of tourism and means of enhancing them.
Ba-Bilgaith also invited investors participating in the event to invest in the available investment opportunities in Yemen presented in the five
projects distributed on five coastal provinces including integrated tourist villages and resorts.
He also highlighted the sixth project distributed on 44 sites in Yemen's governorates for implementing three star hotels and a series of tourist restaurants in accordance with the specifications and international standards
